Millionaires Surtax

Heard a story on NPR this morning which The Daily Kos comments on below.

You wonder just how out of touch the Republicans are with the people. Do they just come up with campaign issues they field test which will win with voters without even seeing if their ideas have any merit at all?
How can they say a millionaire's surtax will hurt job creation without any real word examples?
The absurd just becomes more absurd.
