Legalization of Marijuana

I have mixed feelings on this. I don't have a problem with people smoking. I don't believe marijuana is any worse than alcohol. I do have an issue with people behaving irresponsibly. What most likely is needed is something similar to open container laws. No drinking, smoking, or being under the influence in public places.

Another Supreme Court decision yesterday permits individuals to contribute as much money as they wish to political campaigns. Since corporations are already considered to be individuals as per the Citizen's United Supreme Court ruling, we could view our votes to be virtually meaningless now.
