I make my own potato chips by slicing potato and putting the slices in the microwave on parchment paper. These don't use any oil, and they're sort of chewy and crispy and soft, depending on how thick each one is cut and how long they're microwaved. I don't cut them very accurately so I get a variety of textures. I like them. Microwave for ~3 minutes.
